Terror struck the Boredom Zone community Friday night when Ryan
suffered extensive tricep and finger soreness after an intense night
of foosball action at the home of Mary Grace.
After suffering a narrow defeat at the hands of Mark Goldthorpe, Ryan
later proceeded to vent his frustrations on Richard Luna, crushing him
in a 10-8 victory. However, following the action, Ryan experienced a
crippling soreness near his elbow, an injury that would end his night
at the table.
"I came here for a surprise birthday party, but I got much more than
I bargained for," Ryan stated while holding a cold can of Sprite to
his arm. "Don't get me wrong, it was worth it to crush Richi like I
did, but I have a turkey shoot tomorrow to worry about."
Richi did not take the loss well. After watching Ryan throw his hands
in the air and proclaim, "Champion!", Richi lost control of his
emotions and tackled Ryan to the ground. Not wanting to hurt Richi's
self-esteem more than he already had, Ryan opted not to fight back,
in an effort to make Richi look good for the video camera Mary's
father was filming the game with.
Ryan's Opinion: I have no comments. Why? Because my arm hurts,
and it's really hard to type while you're icing your arm.
